There is only one place in a 10K or 10Q that shorts can be mentioned, in the notes. There is nowhere in a Form 3 or 4.

Example:

"During 2004 we also believe that volatility of our common stock was increased because of manipulation by unknown parties in the form of illegal short selling."

That's it, taken from another company's recent 10K. I'm sure they won't mind if CMKX copies it.
