If it was tight this stock would not be at .0004 LOL. That statement is ridiculous. ICBT is going down and not up and with that drop the support keeps moving down. If in fact there was ANY truth to what Garth has stated about the Mining Exploration ( which I doubt based on his poor track record on being able to accomplish anything ) it is not to be started for awhile so why would anyone invest now? ICTY will see a lower bottom as the days progress so do not be surprised ( I really doubt that you are shock by where the share price is anyways ).
