Could be that you are right in part... that this suit is about Q using Oxygen's name in its press releases without permission... and Oxygen probably just wants Q to cease and desist, which already has happened... I doubt that Oxygen wants money at this point... but who knows, it depends on why Q used Oxygen's name, and if Oxygen was party at fault in allowing it or authorizing it... Q will try to settle by stoping the use of the name, or by getting permission to use the name... but it certainly looks like Q is not going to get permission... ergo, Q is not going to air on Oxygen...
This means that Q may have a suit against someone that caused Q to believe it had a deal with Oxygen, and that party will end up indemnifying and defending Q from any claims by Oxygen... just hope Q got the deal points clear and it is the fault of a middleman... lol...
