Arete-that kind of begs the NSS question, which I don't think is an issue of any consequence in the markets, but yeah. Lots of BB companies have claimed a naked short, USXP being the most notable.

About half of the ScamWire 100 companies were reporting BB companies, and most of the (dismissed) Get Shorty suits have been by reporting companies. NUTK, JAGH, and GeneMax leap to mind.

It has yet to be proved that ANY penny stock has been shorted naked.

I haven't checked this out, but is there some way of knowing of other companies that have been NNSd AND are still filing?
