It's very true, I can confrim it, saw it a few days ago on my etrade account. I don't think it's any secret as to the timing on of that order. In the letter to shareholders they said they wanted to get filings or announcement of the reverse merger out before end of March, well that just so hapens to be the 31st, aka thrusday this week.

Someone wouldnt register to sell shares unless they thought for sure something big was coming out at or around that date...

And please don't let the term "insider" fool you, this is from a company that held shares in BYSD BEFORE it was bought by our current owners back in Dec.

I think this is a very clear sign of major things to come this week...

It's true...... I have an etrade account and under the insiders activity tab there is a planned sale by dz energy llc for 22,557,200 shares at a market value of 200.8k this means they are selling at a price of .0089!!!
