woodberry....I know that you are a long time investor...can you fill me in on this DVIS progress....I heard on this board that the patented for this device is not Dean's. Is that true? and do you think this is going to fly or is it a class III according to FDA. with this buy back share plan. Do we have enough money to fund if fda decides that it is a class III
