You are mistaken Larry.

You are talking about a stock exchange, where your premise is correct (For every share bought there is one share sold.) See NYSE, DAQ etc.

The OTC is not a stock exchange, therefore your premise with regard to XKEMQ (an OTC company) is incorrect.

There currently is 'no bid' for XKEMQ shares, so you may, or may not, have an opportunity to sell your stock. If you wanted to buy stock, I'm sure one of XKEMQ's friendly market makers would be more than delighted to oblige :)


For every share bought there is one share sold. Why would anyone buy any shares if they are worthless? It should be all asks and no bids in theory, shouldn't it?
