they're in the process of moving to florida, and it appears that convertible debenture shares are still hitting, which continues to depress pps for now. longer term feel looks like a good play imo. they're predicting that the company will turn a nice profit later this year with the new acquisition (they just acquired a small golf supply company that for one thing sells one of the best and most popular golf ball retrievers on the market) and with the other company changes.
