What difference will he have on the share price. So what if he drops the price a few points, after all the vast majority on this board are in for the long term or will be leaving shortly after the Nok result. So fundamentals will always rule in the long term.

Of course he could hurt the speculators and gamblers.

Loop .. Excellent advice. Fortunately, Dave Davis's e-mails to Driscoll and Cramer were pretty matter of fact and unaccusatory. But, as you have accurately pointed out, Cramer's temper has the hairiest of triggers and combined with his ego it is best to err on the side of caution on this one. I'm guessing Janet is well versed in how to handle situations like this, particularly when they involve someone with Cramer's ego and high visibility.

Mr. Cramer,

Yesterday, on your radio program in the Lightning Round, you told your listeners to SELL InterDigital Communications.

However, TheStreet.com's own research company Independent Research Group (IRG) has a BUY rating on InterDigital Communications (IDCC, current price $17.10), with a price target of $27.

Were you aware that you were advising your radio listeners to SELL a security that IRG is advising its institutional clients to BUY?
