Yes the approval to do a stock split is from 2009-but not the reverse split itself. The actual timeframe to do the reverse split is in the 3rd quarter of this year. The paragraph I dicuss is from THE FEBRUARY 2011 10-Q, the most recent one!! As the February 2011 10-Q says, it was approved in 2009 and the plan to do it is in the CURRENT third quarter. I hope they don't actually do it.
