From what I was told, the shell was heavily in debt. Then they started signing Kiosks faster than they expected.....I wastoldthe initial investment starts at $25,000 for the first kiosk on site and a bit less for every other one installed at a site. Guess we will seeby the 4th of JULY!!!!
