So now it appears IDCC's claim against Layerone was dismissed without prejudice, after some 60+ court filings, which is followed by an expensive patent purchase from a mysterious source management wants to keep secret? Hmmmm.

Kindly post one IDCC sourced reference to an actual DOLLAR amount sought by the Company in its litigation against Ericsson? TIA

The Nokia litigation is a result of Nokia. Period. You can keep pounding about IDCC's fault in the matter all you want. Come the Arb decision let's hope you revert to compensation as a topic.
