Curious as to whom the consortium's backer is?? I mean, no way does Elan or ERHE have the ability, so its funny there's no mention of it. It sure would get exciting around here if it was Total or Sinopec. IMO it would further solidify the future of the JDZ as it would show everyone is getting along and playing ball. It would still take some time but you'd know this investment would pay off in spades at some time down the road.
