His post appeals to the lowest common denominator..and is targeted to an audience that is totally blind to IDCC's Business Plan, as it relates to licensing 802.xx, iDen,WCDMA, TD-SCDMA/cdma2000, Wlan, DVB-H,OFDM, etc.etc.

You are making to many assumptions without the facts in points 4,5,6.

I think the management at IDCC is doing an excellent job at his time under the current conditions.

We will all know more in June or sooner. IMO
