Southwest Financial has been a subsidiary of Wyncrest for sometime. Its old news -- just search this board's 2010 posts.

Wyncrest owning Southwest didn't seem to help out WNCG stock last year.

But I'm definitely impressed that an ex-car salesman is running a financial services company and a medical services company at the same time.
