I have been in a mining stock that drilled ALL through the winter in the same general area of Ontario. They posted pics and everything. They ground is hard and it is easy to move the rigs around. Frozen ground is stilll way easier to drill through than rock, so obviously that is not a concern. Yes, they did have days when they didn't work do to extreme weather, but is beats not working at all. The one time a year they couldn't drill was sprint when the ground was so soft that they couldn't easily move the rigs and is was all but impossible to get them setup solidly. i don't think weather has anything to do whith us not drilling. I think they are waiting for the results of the magnetic imaging which is scheduled for spring so that they know they best locations to drill.
