according to filings this is not a shell and they have intangable assets....valued of 1/2 mil I think...now why wouldn't they want to buy for 75 mil? This story is so outrageous they are actually making fun of the people who bought into this ...people like me..Well I bought in thinking there might be a legit buyer..like the pharm company in israel....but ....auric.....must be not in spain but on venus some place.And the proprietors of MRES must be doing dope if they think they can always get away with this kind of stuff I might have lost my money If this is a scam but eventually they will not profit from this kind of business....well all in my opinion.
