No one wins unless the target post is at least 24 hours after you posted your updated WAG.

That "WAG CHANGE" must be posted at LEAST 24 hours prior to the actual "EVENT MILESTONE!"

Actually Dan, yes, if it occurs at 10:00AM, then somebody does win, but it wouldn't be you. It would be either Phil or myself.
