I think you're wrong on the judge... The pathway she is setting is clear. IMHO
She fans our hopes and expectations by giving us scraps BUT when it comes time to turning this case our way she has failed in over 2 years to deliver the knockout punches time and time again. Just when we think she's doing the right and honorable thing, she pulls back and argues against us..
The reason?
She wants to be seen and heard on the record that she covered each point and carefully weighed the facts BUT eventually she will approve Rosen and the case will be over, and we will be left scratching our heads wondering where it all went wrong.
IMHO Our side has failed miserably to come up with numbers and facts to support our case, so why I have zero respect for the judge I hold our side totally responsible for throwing away billions of dollars and a winnable case by hiding in a corner just waiting to be beaten to death by Rosen.
Having said that...
Don, since you have been one of the most ardent and passionate leaders on this board, I have 3 simple questions that many newbies may want answering...
1. When will this case end?
2. Will common shares see any money?
3. Based on everything you know what are you thinking will be the $ amount shareholders will see?
