I absolutely agree. I think a R/S could be good to raise the pps to a level where we could uplist. I think then increasing the authorized share count and starting to dilute would have severe negative effects. And shouldn't be necessary if we've already closed on CCEL de Mexico and are starting to be cash flow positive. I would prefer that after the R/S we cease acquisitions for a period of time and instead have the company focus on increasing revenue and raising the bottom line. Then if after a year or two of profitability the company decides to go through another cycle of acquisitions, I'd be fine with a second vote to increase the number of authorized shares (though likely not to the 100,000,000 level that this proposal suggests).
