good point but a 100 for 1 doesn't get you over a dollar threshold for uplisting. the 35 mill extra at .32 doesn't give you leverage to buy bigger companies.
this was a good move. Once the dust settles and everyones nerves settle they will realize what just happened.
smart move. 3 birds with 1 stone.
uplist leverage in the share structure and should put O/S at the norm for this industry
