OK let's step back for a moment and put this into perspective.

The CEO of Hemi Energy basically blind sides all shareholders, officers and employees of the company, lease land owners, business associates and then disappears from the face of the earth - sort of speaking. Turning to the underground market as a resource to cut a deal that only serves this CEO self interest.

And you're asking to give it a rest?

Do you have any idea to the amount of $$$$ both in original investment and or profits from 2006 - current that Hemi shareholders have lost; the disruption of the life styles for the former officers and employees of Hemi, the expense that the SEK land owners incurred for cleaning the site areas and servicing of the pumps that Hemi walked away from?

Damn lucky it is just a wet blanket.
