You just might want to be more careful in what you are saying. I am no attorney, but you might be crossing over into an area where you possibly could be sued on a charge of libel if you are just spouting off just vindictiveness with no proof of what you are saying. Accusing him of a crimminal background of have many charges of theft, shoplifting, etc.
This is not to mention that you could be seriously damaging your creditability beyond repair with these charges if you do not have proof.
