It just takes money and available equipment if Liberty is going to do drilling on its own. Whether these are sufficiently available is the question. Otherwise it's a matter of waiting on ND. And after completing the BH ZTEM Survey I would assume that drilling at BH would be the best bet for them. Otherwise, why would they have expended the funds to complete the survey there if there was no intention of proceeding.

I don't think 30ft down would get to the goodies according to the ztem reports of dept, I think... imo
