Very impressive! I was sparing this morning with a dude with half that speed(then again he was 240) and he was throw similar kicks and they can really mess you up. They were nothing like that kick Rogan was throwing. I would hate to be on the receiving end of that.. You would need a gladiator shield to stop that kick lol
