FrankF, like i have said before i have learned something new here, been doing this for a long time and never seen this, a foreign private company(person) J.C. who is MPL(private) and ACDU and is using the ACT(foreign) to dilute(live). The only reason we have not hit .000 is because in the ACT they(she) can only dump on a "limited basis". That REGDEX(506) which is "unlimited dilution" and is in play and they do not have to file with the SEC as far as AMENDMENT filings go, so we see nothing as far as dilution filings. That's why we have the Transfer Agent that will not disclose the share count.
The virtual office is used so they can say that they are a U.S. company and use our stock market to dilute. FrankF this company is abusing their rights.
