Halliburton will bring expertise AND hopefully get them moved up the fracking schedule. Halliburton signed a similar small deal with Sundance. Not sure is this is a tiny step for Halliburton to test a new production JV structure for them or if they are "buying business" by forming a JV that will get them into smaller companies for a long term relationship where they do the oil services work for long term players that look like they have growth potential.
