Well considering the majority of penny stocks are shells/startups looking for China mergers, this would be bad news across the board then.

Plus the ICBT contract rumors and PR's started in 4th qtr of 2009 prior to the article you posted but there isn't any substance with ICBT. They've had the same products since what, 2006 or 2007 an haven't done anything with them?
