Yeah, so does JD Brown. And so do I. Because the very most subtle additions or omissions in wording can be the difference between abjectly misleading verbiage designed to separate the impulsive and naive from their money and the simple truth. Brown and Expo Holdings count on just such "parsing" to sell shares while simultaneously leaving themselves an out should certain regulatory agencies choose to examine that language. Along with the carefully timed releasing of those cleverly worded PRs in close comparison to share lockup expirations and huge volumes of share dumping. A **record** which I am certain you can pull up on EXPH easily....as can I ;-). All IMHO.
