There is a disconnect between the Court reserving $347 Mil and conditioning it on winning the Anchor case, as well as, Rosen's participation in this.

Why does the Estate have to reserve the Award from FDIC?
What difference does it make if they reserve and we lose Anchor?
Who pays us what? cash? stock? JPM? WMI?
What was achieved by placing us as Creditor class 12?

I still don't get it.
