I talked to them at length about it this morning. I would encourage each of you to call them to discuss. They are well aware of what's going on. They are taking advice from their legal counsel. In the meantime, they have a business to run. They believe delivering revenue (and eventually profit) will do more for the share price than getting into a legal battle with a very litigious-happy company.
