The biggest problem is we have made no improvement in shareholder communications in 8 months since the last LOI. KUNI is staying with the CHUCK small time buffer company who needs to beg KUNI for information only after a few of us gang up on him. There is no effort to expand PIHN in investor awareness or in bettering relations with the shareholders. I am guessing it is because KUNI is raising funds(for whatever purpose-acquisition? new car?) and he is trying to stay mum till he is done--whenever that may be. It seems never ending. Profitable or not.
