After some more careful inspection of who's doing what lately, MM wise, I came to the conclusion that it isnt dilution thats going on.

it seems like a snow ball effect from retail investors.
but there might be something there that may have looked liked dilution, and that may be old converts / or payments that were done with stock, that was cashed out lately.

I think entering here is as good as it gets.

please point me to ONE stock that increased shares and in 2 months then did a RS? JUST ONE!

i do not belive we will see a RS for a min 12 months. after that YES i will agree looking like a RS as of now i think its people grabbing shares with some dilution look at the releases from the company they HAVE diluted at 0001 in the past. to me thats GREAT they are diluting CHEAPLY and more so HELPING US collect shares...
