last year or the year before WARRANTS were issued to shareholders and the shareholders couldnt cash them...thats when scottrade/ameritrade and some others closed him down.

this company has a long list scams its preformed.most recent being RAISING the AS to 15 BILLION without notifying shareholders or the TA...

no filings ...no info
