I think it's just concerning the Dimeq's but Walrath has had some time to write up an opinion concerning the whole case so who knows. She could have been writing one up all along and adding to it during the early December arguments and finally after yesterdays.
Not sure on how long it usually takes for her to write up an opinion. Would be nice to interview her clerk(s) :)
