I have not been able to get in touch with the company. Sully could you please ask them about this next time you talk them:

January 3: DTSL intends to complete a recapitalization and a reverse split with the preferred shares pledged as security. An accredited investor whom Min@ M@r Group introduced to DTSL has advanced DTSL approximately $115,000 and is currently preparing litigation against company.

My concern is the preferred shares being pledged as security. I hope they can work this out with this accredited investor without harming us shareholders.
