Sano - I do agree with you that the I3 will be sold before any production could take place in Burbank. (Once we have SE of course). The Proxy voting doesn't allow for individuals to vote in someone that is not currently on the board of directors. I do not believe that Deano is qualified to run a business on a daily basis. He should remain as an engineer but not as the CEO of the company.
It is someone like Mr. Nessen that has experience in business that can take the leadership role and not sit on his hands. You know the "Not shaking of the Tree theory" that Deano always hinted to as being the best way to handle the FDA.
If a consultant was on board when many shareholders like myself suggested it many moons ago then we would have heard the fat lady sing already.
I can only be thankful that the EGO stepped aside and allowed a real professional to take over the role of consulting.
