The volume is very weak and the buyers are sitting on the fence waiting for news. Plus it's the holidays and tax season. Rather frustrating to watch if you're long.
I suspect this won't move up in a meaningful way until they release news that they're selling fuel. We just don't know if the processors operating under the consent order are actually doing anything beyond demonstrations for PR purposes.
It's not that hard to understand. With the catalyst, JBII gets massive fuel from waste plastic....simple. And most of us here have seen the awesome possibilities......I for one am pretty much ALL IN......and my time is very flexible....z
