Yes, and they offer to have the court clerk help you if you don't have a lawyer.

I think small claims in Canada is generally under $5000 but they think big in Florida!!

Jeff-M, I don't know if you found the info yet but see post 47780 for Florida small claims court info. Seems pretty low class for a "major" corp. like CCEL.
