Also, All shares issued to Arne in that 8K are restricted per SEC Rule 144 and cannot be freely traded.

AND ALSO.......that 249mil shares would make that person a 10% er......IF they double dipped and issued freetrading of more than 190mil that would make that entity an insider as well and in fact, there was 320mil traded today alone......you have to figure at least 190mil were dumped in the 320.......there is a possibility someone unloaded in excess of 10% of the i/o.......a flagrant violation........

would you like an excel spreadsheet showing the exact number of buys and sells......i can certainly give you that!!!!!!!
