There's a zillion places with no casinos where a new casino would do well. That's like saying that no one should build anything. Someone's always got to be the first.
I guess my only reply to that would be ............check out the multi millions of dollars of investment currently being made in the Luperon Bay area. Check out the current level of construction that is happening as we speak. I wish I could afford to develop something there.
