TD Ameritrade has the pre-split OS at 13.3 billion.

13.3B / 125 = 106,400,000 {new OS}.

Not sure if TDA was current, though.

106.4M x $.01 = market cap of $1,064,000.

With millions of dollars in convertible debentures outstanding...unless something happened to them that wasn't disclosed.
