I own a lot of shares million in fact. I do expect the officers of this company to ack in an ethical manner and they did not and those sells had an impact on this stock price. It also appears they sold on news they generated and thats a serious ethics violation. If the SEC does get involved they are in trouble. I have nothing against you basser I know talking to Tony you are a shareholder so please don't take what a say personel. Tonys just is upset as we are that they would commit such a blatent violation. He is waiting on Nicks explantion. I feel there is no excuse for what happened. This put us all at risk. If the SEC does get involved they may halt trading. This very thing happened to a friend of mine and that penny stock is gone. The SEC
will come after small stocks.

It is my personal point of view that there will be minimal problems that will come from this. In the update from Dec 3 it was mentioned that SEC attorneys had been consulted so I believe that they were advised as to the legality of the actions that they were taking. Now I know that many will not agree with MY OPINION but that is their right to do so, just as it is my right to form my own thoughts on the matter.
