Any party in interest can request that a trustee be appointed and WMI's covert $5 billion gift of the BOLI/COLI (an asset that was NOT part of the purchase agreement and definitely was an asset of the estate) to JPM, without more, would probably be enough.

If I had my druthers one of the shareholders would stand up tomorrow and ask for a trustee to be appointed simply on the BOLI/COLI alone.
