I have to say that not annoying the judge is a good thought, but I personally could care less. I suggest filing joinders if people choose to.
Joinders are probably less annoying to him than letters. They basically just get filed by his clerk and she summarizes it for him. Letters are what really annoy him. hmmmmm.......there's a thought.
