#33536 RE: IMGG4TP #33527

I believe it was 2007. It was a fews years ago Medtronic acquired Breakaway(look through 2007 SEC reports for Medtronic and they will describe the purchase in a 10K. BTW it sold for <30M. The equivalent market cap for IMGG at a full 500M shares would be <.06 cents a share. They also paid for an FDA cleared device ready to sell. It took this giant cash heavy company a couple of more years to integrate the product into the mix ) Note how it inter phases with Medtronic various navigation systems. Self propelled with several of automatic servo positions. Look how the base counter is weighted to the O arm section. Look at the control system as well. Dean Device by contrast sits on some small casters and I don't know how it is positioned...by hand by servo we don;t know. No picture of the controls or specs of operations are provided. Is so obvious that DVIS is just a concept device and far from an integrated product.

Critics here will tell you the O arm has a host of issues but the fact remains they are selling and IMGG is not. Is the functionality the same as dvis? Maybe not perhaps its better or worse we can;t compare because we cannot see the product we invest in.
