I said "progress in Japan" with respect to recent patent grants.

I don't know if these patents will trigger Matsushita revenues or not. I thought you might know more about that?

If the recent patent grants in Japan are in fact a trigger, then we might expect some delay announcing it until after both parties fully concur (learning from IDCC's mishandling of Nok?).

Such a mutual agreement by the parties and announcement by IDCC would probably magically NOT occur before the next grant of stock to management. Call me skeptical.

Of course, if these new patents are a trigger and management announces it promptly, before their next round of bonus stock grants, then I will be impressed that maybe our management acted differently and in a more aligned way with shareholders.
