I have to agree with you up to the final point about the second acquisition. This is why the price is where it is...the deal hasn't happened yet, and until it does, most will steer clear of this company due to the extended wait period from the promised acquisition during the summer.

I would proffer that once we have an official filing on the acquisition, you will see a nice appreciation in pps. Is there some dilution??... most certainly, but I think the current trading channel has more to do with the trepidation that many traders feel on the pending acquisition.

If the acquisition is finalized and we don't see a nice jump in sp, then I would be thinking the way you are......

Unfortunately, I agree with you. They have dumped into every bit of good news, and only scam stocks typically do this. Why else is the stock price not 4x where it is now for a supposedly profitable, reporting company? The only other element missing from complete scam status is a toxic RS.
