That is sort of "correct". You do remember me saying in another post that I DO post some positives. I also, in that same post, said that in addition to that 8 million dollars in payments...that there was an issuance of 20,000,000 shares. Do you know what the share price was at that time? Do you know if the stock was illiquid or liquid at that time? Do you know who actually received those 20,000,000 shares? Do you know if the entire $8,000,000 in payments were made? Do you know who the related party, to the transaction, was?
