The sell-off was not due to JAG. Without a Nokia settlement, rolling forecasts are forecasting lower profits for this company due to increased expenses and contract expirations. IDCC needs to keep moving incremental revenue into the picture. As of this CC, they did not.

Yes, management is very good at "hinting". Also, they excell at using words to obscure meaning.

If half of what they have hinted at over the past 12 years I have held this stock actually happened, I would be a very rich fellow indeed.
